## Billing and renewal

- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period.
- Web purchases are processed through Stripe. In-app purchases on iOS and Android are processed through Apple and Google respectively and governed by their platform subscription and refund policies.
- Refund policy: If you cancel within 30 days of purchase and have not made substantial use of the Service, a full refund may be requested at support@ballcaddie.com. Substantial use is defined as saving more than 3 rounds of shot data. In-app subscriptions are refunded through Apple/Google.
