Billing and renewal
- The Full Unlock is one-time. $29 with no recurring billing — it never renews, there is nothing to cancel, and it includes everything Pro has, forever.
- Pro Monthly auto-renews every month. $4.99/month until you cancel; canceling stops the next renewal and keeps access through the end of the period you paid for.
- Where you pay depends on the platform. Web purchases run through Stripe. In-app purchases on iOS and Android are processed by Apple and Google respectively and governed by their platform subscription and refund policies.

Can I cancel BallCaddie Pro?
Yes, anytime — the monthly plan is the one there is anything to cancel. When you cancel, your Pro access continues through the end of the billing period you already paid for, and the subscription simply does not auto-renew after that. The one-time Full Unlock never renews at all. Web subscriptions are managed through Stripe; in-app subscriptions on iOS and Android are managed through Apple and Google respectively and follow their platform cancellation policies.
Is there an iOS app?
Yes. BallCaddie has a native iOS app that reads and writes the same account data as the web app, so your fittings, saved balls, and rounds sync across both. Web purchases are processed through Stripe; in-app purchases on iOS and Android go through Apple and Google and are governed by their subscription and refund policies.
Does BallCaddie take kickbacks from ball brands?
No. BallCaddie is independent and brand-neutral — there are no affiliate kickbacks from golf ball manufacturers. The fitting engine scores every ball against your swing, short-game priority, feel, trajectory, and budget, so the recommendation is based on fit, not on who pays us. That neutrality is the whole point.
