Billing and renewal
- Pro auto-renews annually. $9.99/year until you cancel; canceling stops the next renewal and keeps access through the end of the period you paid for.
- Single Fitting is one-time. $7.99 with no recurring billing — it never renews.
- Where you pay depends on the platform. Web purchases run through Stripe. In-app purchases on iOS and Android are processed by Apple and Google respectively and governed by their platform subscription and refund policies.

Do I need a subscription to get fitted?
No. If you just want one personalized match, the Single Fitting is a $7.99 one-time purchase with no recurring billing — you get one quiz attempt, one scored result, and a Strokes Saved Estimate. A subscription (Pro) is only needed if you want unlimited re-takes, Caddie Mode, round logging, and the rest of the on-course toolkit. Your one-time purchase keeps working even if you upgrade to Pro later.
Can I cancel BallCaddie Pro?
Yes, anytime. When you cancel, your Pro access continues through the end of the billing period you already paid for, and the subscription simply does not auto-renew after that. Web subscriptions are managed through Stripe; in-app subscriptions on iOS and Android are managed through Apple and Google respectively and follow their platform cancellation policies.
Is there an iOS app?
Yes. BallCaddie has a native iOS app that reads and writes the same account data as the web app, so your fittings, saved balls, and rounds sync across both.
